” Into the Dizzy Blue”

Another earlier wood engraving which is currently on show at the SOC, Aberlady.

It was inspired by an excellent poem by Norman McCaig, ‘Summer Farm.’

The setting is the old corrugated iron shed at our wee

bothy in Argyll where swallows fly in and out……’into the dizzy blue.’

It is engraved on lemonwood.
